Ken earned his Project Management Professional designation in 2006. He is a retired US Air Force officer and served in a variety of leadership positions during 21 years of active duty. Ken resides in Keene NH with his wife and two children and his hobbies include running, cycling, and skiing.

Jodi brings several years of industry experience to her role at My Virtual COO from working at By All Accounts, LPL and John Hancock through her role as sales, consulting, and relationship management. Jodi works with COO clients to implement and train on software and process solutions to help increase productivity, improve customer service and acquire more time to focus on business development and client relations. Jodi resides in Boston with her husband and son and enjoys extreme Frisbee among other team activities.

Joseph attended Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Computer and Networking Support and also possess his CompTIA A+ certification. Prior to his career at My Virtual COO, he has worked as an Office Manager for more than 10 years with duties including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliation, account receivables & payables.
